Seasoned Grilling Planks - Plank Cooking Planks - Cedar PlanksSEASONED CEDAR PLANKS

It used to be that the best way to cook a fish was to grill or bake using  a cedar plank. Not anymore - our Seasoned Grilling Planks have raised the bar!

Get the best of plank cooking and take the guesswork out of seasoning your food. These pre-seasoned cedar planks work for fish, of course, but also try grilling veggies and, chicken, pork and other cuts of meat. The end result is fast, easy and naturally delicious!

THREE DELICIOUS SAVORY FLAVORS

HOW TO USE
You can prepare your food with Seasoned Planks in just 5 easy steps:
If you are using an outdoor grill, soak the bottom (non-seasoned) half of plank
in ¼ inch of water for 30-60 minutes without getting the seasoned portion wet. This will prevent charring.

If you are using an oven, preheat the oven based on what you are cooking.

Place food on the center of the plank, placing the presentation side face down
to start. If you are cooking a fish fillet with the skin on, start with the skin side up. If you have several pieces of food to cook on the plank, spread them across the most seasoned areas of the plank.

Cook your food until it is about halfway done. If you’re using a grill, use low
heat/flame, cook with the cover down, and check occasionally.

If you are using an oven, place the plank on a baking sheet or foil for easy clean-up. Place on the center rack in the preheated oven for best results.

Turn the food on the plank over. If preparing a fish fillet with the skin on,
gently remove and discard skin before flipping. Try to return the food to the place it originally occupied so you get the best flavor. Cook until done.

Serve and Enjoy!
You can leave food on the plank to serve, if you like. The plank will retain heat from cooking for a few minutes.
