Head Country's Bar-B-Q Shrimp
3 lbs. medium shrimp - cleaned and shelled with tails
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 TBSP Head County Seasoning
Head Country Bar-B-Que Sauce
Instructions:
Combine liquids and Head Country Seasoning in a large bowl.
Add shrimp and marinate in refrigerator 2-3 hours.
Place shrimp on a grill basket or thread on skewers for easy turning.
Grill over medium hot flame 3/5 minutes per side.
Serve with Head Country Bar-B-Q-Sauce.
Serves 6-8 as an entree |
