Honey Mustard Salmon Fillet
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 salmon fillet (1 1/2 to 2 pounds) cut in half, skin on
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Place salmon in a shallow dish.
Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over salmon.
Cover and chill for 1 hour, turning salmon one time.
Drain and discard marinade.
Place salmon skin side down in the center of two 18' X 24" pieces aluminum foil. Fold
foil to form large foil packet leaving room for heat circulation.
Grill salmon, covered with grill lid over medium-high heat for 20-22 minutes or until the
fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with sliced green onions.
